Airfield° is the Degree of Interest by all members of the Airfield Estate to participate and/or develop Eato Ireland.
Eato Ireland’s mission is to develop and improve the local Food System and Environment by supporting the development and growth of the Organic Marketplace in Ireland.
Kitchen, Studio, & Lab
The first phase is the development of Eato X – Kitchen, Studio, & Lab that showcases Organic & Pre-Organic Produce by creating daily Recipes, Content, Workshops and Pop Up Events with leading Producers & Chefs, all content is shared & uploaded online through our channels and our partners.
The Studio creates content with the mission to educate the Public, Chefs, & Producers and to develop their skills and understandings around Healthy Sustainable Organic Produce and Production, and to amplify the development of the Eatosystem projects.
The Lab creates Workshops and Pop Up Events with leading Producers, Chefs, and Innovators with the emphasis on Collaboration to develop, grow, and sustain the local Organic Marketplace, all Workshops and Events are shared online.
Eato X will be opening in Dublin in 2021, to launch & develop the Eato Ireland & EU System Projects.
Community Infrastructure & Investments
The second phase is to develop the Digital and Community Infrastructure of Eato Ireland.
The set up the of the digital infrastructure that provides the community with the channels necessary to enable and empower them to participate in the development of the counties project through the eato.ie website.
The set up of social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp Groups and Websites such as Eato Ireland, Communicrop, Eatosystem, Recuipe etc.
Investments in each county with initial offerings to the local communities to invest in a crowdfunding syndicate, this investment will lay the foundations for the larger capital investments through the following innovative mechanisms our Investment Fund @ TokonV and our Green Bond @ Eato Green.
Store, Kitchen, & Data
The third phase is to open the Store, Kitchen, and Content at Eato Ireland.
The opening of the Kitchen & Store that creates daily Organic Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Specials, with Cookery Workshops and Pop Up Events, with all Content uploaded Online.
The organic & sustainable produce of Communicrop will be sold here to the public, supported by the online store for pre-orders, orders, collections, and deliveries.
The launch of Recuipe, the platform for all of Eato’s Recipes, with the mission to get more people cooking healthy nutritious meals from local Organic Producers.
The installation of Sensors on Farms through Communicrop & Carboncrop, for measurement and analysis of Soil, Crops, Carbon, Biodiversity and R&D Projects etc.
Distribution & Storage
The fourth phase is the development of the Distribution and Storage Network.
The set up the of a Storage facility in each county, that will be located at an existing organic farm or at a local warehouse facility. The organic & sustainable produce of Communicrop will be stored here for collection/distribution.
The set up of a supply chain Distribution network located at an existing organic farm or a local facility. The organic & sustainable produce of Communicrop will distributed by Elivery – Electric Delivery Network.
Environment & Capital
The fifth phase is to launch Carboncrop, with the mission to improve the Environment through Carbon removal.
Organic farming practices remove CO2 from the atmosphere and convert it into plant material or soil matter, reducing carbon and creating new revenue models for farmers.
Access to Capital for our community partners on Communicrop through our Investment Fund @ TokonV and our Green Bonds @ Eato Green.
TokonV is a Tokenized Investment Fund that provides capital to innovative and sustainable projects on Eatosystem that support the growth and sustainability of organic communities and marketplaces.
Eato Green are the Green Bonds that support the financing of our climate-friendly projects at Eatosystem, to develop Organic Farms, Markets, & Infrastructures globally.
