2023 Roadmap 

Eato Ireland’s mission is to evolve the Irish Food System and Environment by supporting the development and growth of the Organic Marketplace in Ireland.

Eato Ireland comprises of Community, Infrastructure, Distribution, Environment & Capital

Quarter 1 & 2

Digital & Community Infrastructure

The set up the of the Digital & Community Infrastructure of Eato Ireland, to provide the channels necessary to enable and empower communities in the development of each counties project.

The creation of the Eato Ireland website & social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram @Eato”County”.

The EU System

The set up of The EU System by way of meeting’s with all the EU Embassy’s in Ireland to present the project and to gain a commitment to the participation locally and internationally.

Eato X

The location of Eato X Dublin to be selected with the aim to launch the physical Kitchen, Studio, & Lab in Q3.

In the interim Eato X will exist in a digital format with potential for pop up’s of the Kitchen, Studio, & Lab throughout the country in existing facilities in Businesses and Universities.

Degrees°

The set up of Degrees°, they are the value systems that empowers and enables participation in the growth and evolution of the Eatosystem through social capital, digital assets, and token economic models igniting degree’s of impact & growth.

Quarter 3 & 4

Eato X Launch

The launch of Eato X Dublin – Kitchen, Studio, & Lab.

The opening of the Kitchen, Studio, & Lab that creates daily Organic Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Specials, with Cookery Workshops and Pop Up Events, with leading International Culinary figures invited each week, all Content uploaded Online.

Irish County @ Eato X

Each week Eato X will showcase a county in Ireland, with live and digital events to support communities in the development of each counties project.

Producers, Chefs, Businesses, Schools, and the Community as a whole will be invited to participate in the week.

Guests @ Eato X
